Opening Position: Project Planner and Controller

The Project Planner & controller is a key member of the project team and works directly with the Project Manager to help define the project’s goals and objectives; creates and maintains a project’s budget and schedule, analyzes progress reported against the work schedules; and recommends actions to improve progress. In addition, he/she is responsible for identifying and communicating issues that require management attention.

Key Accountabilities:
· Creates plans for various project’s workloads including scope, schedule, and budget.
· Monitors and controls project scope, schedule, and budget.
· Reviews procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning projects.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Construction.
· 2-3 years of experience in construction is a must.
