Job Title: Delivery Operations Team Leader

Main Job Role :
Lead delivery operational and customer satisfaction
Drive operational excellence in field resolution
Identify delivery trends-possible and provide analysis for automation.
Coordinate and follow up with HR in the Recruitment and Training of staff.

Qualifications & Years of Experience:
Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level.
Minimum of experience: 3-5 years

Knowledge Skills & Working Conditions:
Strong leadership skills – the ability to bring a group to a consensus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess good judgment and sensitivity
